Why It Works

Real credentials. Real experience.
Becca's approach is grounded in Family Life Education methodology — and shaped by hard-won lessons in relationships, finances, and her own health. She's not teaching from the outside looking in. She's been in it, and she has the story to prove it.

Where It Started

I grew up as the middle child between an older brother and younger sister — two people who remain among my greatest friends. Our family was not immune to hard things. Medical emergencies, life changes, and unexpected pivots were part of our story. But my parents taught us how to do life anyway — to keep setting goals, to keep showing up for each other, and to keep moving forward even when life tried to stop us in our tracks.
They nurtured the entrepreneur and leader they saw in me. I was given space to develop socially and emotionally, to communicate, to problem-solve, and to grow my imagination. Helping people has always been core to who I am — from being a mother's helper in my early teens, to earning CPR and lifeguard certifications, to giving food demonstrations as a Pampered Chef consultant to strengthen my public speaking. The thread has always been the same: learn something real, and share it.

The Battle That Changed Everything

Between my junior and senior year of high school, I dropped from around 155 pounds to 100 pounds — not because I was trying to, and not because I was not eating. (Anyone who knows me knows I always have snacks.) After more than a year of testing and uncertainty, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease — an invisible illness that most people cannot see and many do not understand.

To protect my quality of life, I had to tune into my body in a way most people never have to — tracking not just what I ate, but how stress, sleep, and movement affected every system. Today I can tell you whether a Crohn's flare came from a meal or a difficult week.

That awareness was tested when a pregnancy that ended in miscarriage forced a harder conversation. Most Crohn's medications are not safe during pregnancy, and my doctor and I agreed it was better to come off everything before trying again. Three years and one successful pregnancy later — not a single flare — I am managing entirely through lifestyle. That is the proof I come back to every time I talk about knowing your body.

Relationships Are More Than Romance

A few years ago my mom asked me why I could talk so openly about relationships and sex in the county programming I was presenting. My answer was simple: if not me, then who is going to help these teenagers understand what a healthy relationship actually looks like?

Our culture romanticizes relationships but rarely teaches us the foundations — boundaries, communication, reciprocity, and the ability to recognize when something is no longer serving us. I learned through real losses: friendships that grew apart, relationships that became one-sided, and connections that were simply meant for a season. Each one taught me something about what it means to show up well for others — and for myself.

I believe we limit ourselves when we only think about relationships in romantic terms. Family, friendship, community — these are where we practice being human. My work at Stacked Intent exists to help you understand and cultivate every kind of relationship in your life, starting with the one you have with yourself.

Money Is a Tool — Learn to Use It

I have been intentional about money since I was a child. I gave my stuffed animals rent and evicted them when they did not budget correctly. On a family trip, I held onto the money my parents gave me and added nothing from my own savings — because I did not truly want what was being sold. That instinct to pause, evaluate, and decide with intention has stayed with me ever since.

As an adult, I plan my finances to the penny — every category has a place and the lines do not get crossed. I caught a significant employer overpayment because I was paying attention. I have taken that vigilance into my marriage, where my husband and I budget together so we are always ready for what comes next — the next trip, a spontaneous night out, an unexpected expense, or a goal we have been building toward.

I do not believe financial stress has to be permanent. I believe financial freedom is built one intentional decision at a time — and I want to teach you how to build it.

Movement Is Non-Negotiable

Exercise has always been part of how I care for my whole self — body and mind. For someone managing Crohn's, movement is not just a nice habit; it is a vital part of managing my health. Swimming, yoga, and Jiu Jitsu are not workouts I squeeze in — they are intentional parts of how I live.

In June 2019, I walked onto a Jiu Jitsu mat for the first time. I had no idea how much it would become part of my identity. The discipline, the resilience, the community — all of it reflects exactly what Stacked Intent is about. You show up. You learn. You grow. You keep going.

Let's chat about the Stacked Intent Logo

The elephant in the Stacked Intent logo is not arbitrary. My best friend gave me an elephant that sat in a prominent spot in my home as a reminder of our friendship and her belief in my strength. Elephants are known for their loyalty, their deep bonds, and their ability to model belonging within their herd. They thrive by embracing who they are. That is exactly what Stacked Intent is built to help you do.
